In his childhood, Billy Moare was a sensitive, indoor child. He took shelter from the gibes of his fellows in stories of knights and heroes, particularly Thomas Mallory’s Le Morte D’Arthur. As a student of both history and literature, there was never any question that Billy would sign up for Art Valentine’s Introduction to Literary History. When Art approached a select group of students about forming New Camelot, Billy never hesitated.
Billy had chivalry and knightly behaviour down before Art’s special lessons, but no one was more surprised than Billy to learn that he also excelled at swordplay. Billy is fairly certain he is as good with a blade as Art, although he would never say as much out loud. Billy is a true believer in the mission of New Camelot, and of late, he has become very close to Gwendolyn Davies.
